71^st Mixed Team Championship

Redding Country Club           September 8, 2008 

ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

• Either the male or the female must be an active member of a CSGA member club.

• Team members must hold an active USGA Handicap Index. (Males no higher than 20.0 and Females no higher than 30.0)
• In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.  

 Entry fee ($150/Team). Note: If this is your first application of the season, please include $10 Championship Player’s Fee (Total $160)

If the event is oversubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at CSGA Tournament Selection Policy. 

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, August 18.

  FORMAT:

18 Holes at stroke play - selected drives,  alternate shots.

  AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:  Players must use automotive transportation. 

  PRIZES:  Champion Team and Runner-up Team gross and Low Net through 5^th place will receive merchandise credit from Redding Country Club.  In the event of a tie, the Mixed-Team Championteam will be determined by a hole-by-hole play-off immediately following play.
