ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

Qualified (placed in the top 5 of a division) at a 2007 CSGA One-day Tournament.
Holding an active USGA Handicap Index from a CSGA member club.
In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.

Entry fee ($70) Note: Includes $10 Championship Players Fee.

Completely Entries Must Be Received By 3:00 P.M on October 1.

LOCATION: Glastonbury Hills Country Club

FORMAT: 18 holes at stroke play.

Any ties will be settled utilizing a match of cards as recommended by the USGA.

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION: Automotive carts are included in fee.

PRIZES: Top four finishers in each division will receive merchandise credit from Glastonbury Hills Country Club.
