22nd Public Links Championship 

H. Smith Richardson Golf Club    September 24 - 25, 2007 

ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

  • Holding an active USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 6.4 under the men’s USGA Handicap System from a public CSGA member club.

  • Have not held a membership at any private golf club since January 1, 2007

  • In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.   

Entry fee ($85).  

If the event is oversubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at CSGA Tournament Selection Policy

Completely executed entry must arrive by 3:00PM, September 3 

FORMAT

September 24 – First Round: 18 holes – 30 Low Scores plus ties on will advance to play 18 holes on September 25.  Lowest score for 36 holes will be champion.  In the event of a tie, the Public Links Champion will be determined by a hole-by-hole play-off immediately following the last stipulated round. 

CADDIES & TRANSPORTATION

Players shall not use automotive transportation during Championship proper. Player may carry his own bag, or have a caddie. 

PRIZES:   Champion receives the William Tomasso Trophy.  Champion through 5th place finisher will receive merchandise credit from H. Smith Richardson.
