ELIGIBILITY:
Amateur golfers who are female at birth:
- Holding an active USGA Handicap Index.
Team members may be from different clubs.
- Handicap Index of any team member must not be greater
than 22.0.
- In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed
below.
Entry fee ($150/Team).
Note: If this is your first application of the season,
please include $10 Championship Player’s Fee (Total $160)

EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, June 25.

Holes - Stroke Play Four-Ball – gross and net. In the event of a tie for
the gross championship, a hole-by-hole play-off will immediately follow
the stipulated round. Other
ties will be decided by match of cards in accordance with USGA
recommendation in Rules of Golf, Appendix 1; Paragraph 2C.
AUTOMOTIVE
TRANSPORTATION:
Players
must use automotive transportation.
PRIZES:
Winner and Runner-Up Gross and Winner through 4th place Net finishers will receive merchandise credit at Rolling Hills Country Club.
