10^th Father & Son Net Tournament

Heritage Village Country Club       August 11, 2008                                         

  ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

• Either the Father or the Son must be an active member of a CSGA member club.

• If the son is younger than 14 years of age, he must hold an active USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 15.0.

• In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.   

Entry fee ($150/Team). 

If the event is oversubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at CSGA Tournament Selection Policy. 

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, July 21.

  LOCATION:  Heritage Village Country Club

FORMAT:  18 holes at stroke play selected drives, alternate shots. In the event of a tie the winning team will be determined by a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following play.  

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:  Players must use automotive transportation.  

PRIZES:  Winner through 7^th Place finishers will receive merchandise credit from Heritage Village Country Club.
