72^nd Father & Son Championship  

Farmington Woods Country Club    August 6, 2008

ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

·          Either the Father or the Son must be an active member of a CSGA member club.

·          Team members must hold an active USGA Handicap Index. (Total Handicap Index of team cannot exceed 18.0)

·          In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.    

Entry fee ($150/Team). 

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, July 16.  

LOCATION:    Farmington Woods Country Club  

FORMAT:  18 holes at stroke play selected drives, alternate shots. In the event of a tie the winning team will be determined by a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following play.  

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:  Players must use automotive transportation.  

PRIZES:  Champion through 7^th place finishers will receive merchandise credit from Farmington Woods Country Club.
