3^rd Net Four-Ball Tournament

ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

• Holding an active USGA Handicap Index from a CSGA member club.  Team members may be from different clubs.
• Total Handicap Index of team must be between 12.0 and 30.0.
• In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.

Entry fee ($175/Team). Note: If this is your first application of the season, please include $10 Championship Player’s Fee (Total $185)

If the event is oversubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at CSGA Tournament Selection Policy. 

  COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, July 3.

  LOCATION:  Chippanee Country Club

  FORMAT:  18 Holes - Stroke Play Four-Ball – net only. In the event of a tie for the championship, a hole-by-hole play-off will immediately follow the stipulated round.

  AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:   Players must use automotive transportation. 

  PRIZES:   Winner through 6^th place finishers will receive merchandise credit at Chippanee Golf Club.
