27^th Senior Four-Ball Championship

ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers:

• Age 55 or older as of August 21, 2008.
• Holding an active USGA Handicap Index from a CSGA member club.  Team members may be from different clubs.
• Total Handicap Index of team cannot exceed 20.0.
• In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.

Entry fee ($220/Team).  Note: If this is your first application of the season, please include $10 Championship Player’s Fee (Total $230).

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, July 31

  FORMAT:  18 Holes – Stroke Play Four-Ball – Gross Only.  In the event of a tie, first place winners will be determined by a hole-by-hole play-off following play.

  AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:  Players must use automotive transportation.  Included in entry fee.

PRIZES:  Champion through 7^th place teams will receive merchandise credit from Fox Hopyard Golf Club.
