3^rd MasterCard Tournament of Champions

  Bulls Bridge Golf Club       September 18, 2008

ELIGIBILITY:

An Amateur Golfer who:

• Is the one-member that as of August 28, 2008 holds the title “Club Champion” from a CSGA member club (Club verification required)
• Holds an active USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 10.0 under the men’s USGA Handicap System from a CSGA member club.
• Is one of the following champions: 1^st T of C, 4^th Palmer Cup, 1^st Sr Match Play, 105^th Amateur, 66^th Junior, 73^rd Open, 19^th Mid-Am, 21^st Public Links, 61^st Senior Amateur, and 2007 CT Senior Open.
• Is in agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.

Entry fee ($100). Note: If this is your first application of the season, please include $10 Championship Player’s Fee (Total $110). 

If the event is undersubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at T of C Invitation Sequence

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, August 28.

LOCATION:   Bulls Bridge Golf Club  

FORMAT:  18 Holes – Stroke Play  – Gross Only.  In the event of a tie, champion will be determined by a hole-by-hole play-off following play.  

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:  Players must use automotive transportation.   

PRIZES:  Champion through 7^th place will receive merchandise credit from Bulls Bridge Golf Club.
