ELIGIBILITY:

Amateur golfers who are female at birth:

Holding an active USGA Handicap Index. Team members may be from different clubs.
Handicap Index of any team member must not be greater than 30.0 - Total team Handicap not to exceed 50.0.
In agreement with General Tournament Policies listed below.

Entry fee ($150/Team). Note: If this is your first application of the season, please include $10 Championship Player’s Fee (Total $160)

If the event is oversubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at CSGA Tournament Selection Policy.

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, July 1.

LOCATION: Grassy Hill Country Club

FORMAT: 18 Holes - Stroke Play Four-Ball – gross and net. In the event of a tie for the gross championship, a hole-by-hole play-off will immediately follow the stipulated round. Other ties will be decided by match of cards in accordance with USGA recommendation in Rules of Golf, Appendix 1; Paragraph 2C.

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION: Players must use automotive transportation.

PRIZES: Winner and Runner-Up Gross and Winner through 4^th place Net finishers will receive merchandise credit at Grassy Hill Country Club.
