4^th  Women's Four-Ball Tournament

ELIGIBILITY:  

Amateur golfers who are female at birth:

• Holding an active USGA Handicap Index under 30.0.  Team members may be from different clubs.
• Team Total Handicap Index must not be greater than 50.0.
• In agreement with  General Tournament Policies.

Entry fee ($160/Team).

If the event is oversubscribed – final field selection will be based on selection criteria at CSGA Tournament Selection Policy

COMPLETELY EXECUTED ENTRY MUST ARRIVE BY 3:00PM, July 7.

LOCATION:  Orange Hills Country Club 

FORMAT:

18 Holes - Stroke Play Four-Ball – gross and net. In the event of a tie for the gross championship, a hole-by-hole play-off will immediately follow the stipulated round.  Other ties will be decided by match of cards in accordance with USGA recommendation in Rules of Golf, Appendix 1; Paragraph 2C. 

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION: 

Players must use automotive transportation. 

PRIZES: 

Winner and Runner-Up Gross and Winner through 4^th place Net finishers will receive merchandise credit at Orange Hills Country Club.
